You are solely responsible for your use of our app and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to share your login credentials with any third party.

All usage instructions provided in our app were independently written by experts on behalf of the application and are editable by our users, who are salespeople responsible for their customers' needs. It is possible that certain images displayed in the app were not taken by us. We make reasonable efforts to obtain permission for the use of these images or ensure that they were lawfully taken by the users. However, we are not responsible for these images or any related copyright claims
We do not claim ownership of any intellectual property rights in the products themselves, the salespeople, or the stores. We do, however, own all intellectual property rights in our app and its contents, including the usage instructions, pictures, and any other materials provided in our app.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its contents without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimers of Liability
Our app is provided "as is" and we do not make any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not take responsibility for any misuse of the products, the products themselves, the salespeople, or the stores. Our end customers are the salespeople who work with the application. We provide customer service as a platform for our salespeople to make their work easier. For usage instructions for cosmetic products, each salesperson can independently edit the usage instructions and product names.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Termination
We may terminate your access to our app at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our app and delete all copies of our app from your device.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of lincoln,nebraska without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We do not endorse any products or services that may be mentioned or advertised in our app. Any such mention or advertisement is for informational purposes only, and does not constitute an endorsement by us.
10. Limitation of Liability
The app is not responsible for the outcomes of the end customer who receives the email. The app is not responsible for the outcomes of the products or any financial disagreements. Any issues related to the products, the sales service itself, or the store from which the products were purchased are not the responsibility of the app. The app solely provides customer service as an intermediary between the seller/store/business and the end customer, and we do not accept any responsibility beyond the customer service we provide.
The app cannot guarantee the quality of the products or the results of their use. Any use or reliance on the products is solely the responsibility of the customer.

The service is a matter between the end customer and the seller/store/business.
